Delivery Pathway is a standalone engagement. In some cases it leads naturally to SWPM being retained as Independent Lead PM - if suitable for both parties.
Delivery Pathway is right for you if you recognise one of these situations:
You have a project taking shape but it isn't properly structured yet. A site, a brief, early design conversations - but no clear programme, no procurement strategy and no agreed governance.
The earlier SWPM is involved, the more influence there is over the decisions that are hardest and most expensive to unpick later.
You've secured funding and need to demonstrate delivery readiness before drawdown begins.
Capital funding is approved and a scheme is identified, but your funder requires evidence of programme governance and delivery planning before releasing funds. Your team manages assets - not capital projects at this scale.
